Hi! I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and former Special Education Teacher, and the Founder of South Bay Kids Connection, where I specialize in facilitating social and play skills groups for children ages 4–12.
Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working across a wide range of settings, cultures, and age groups. I began my journey at the New England Center for Children, supporting students with intensive needs in a residential setting. After earning my Master’s Degree in Special Education, I transitioned to Early Intervention services in New York City, working closely with young children and their families.
In 2000, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and soon after, expanded my practice internationally by serving families in Spain as a BCBA consultant. Eventually, I settled in Los Angeles, California, where I spent 10 years in the public school system before founding South Bay Kids Connection to focus exclusively on helping children build strong social skills in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Research shows that long-term health and happiness are closely tied to positive social relationships. It is my mission to help my students develop the skills they need to connect and form healthy, positive, peer relationships.
